  • Include a complete description and, if available, supporting evidence (max. 5MB)
  • After the report is submitted, you will receive a tracking code to monitor your report status

4. Reporter Protection

  • We guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter's identity, whether reporting anonymously or not
  • Your evidence data is encrypted and can only be accessed by the internal investigation team
  • No retaliation will be taken against reporters who report in good faith
  • Report data will be stored for 1 year after the case is resolved, then deleted in accordance with data protection regulations

5. Report Handling Process

  • Reports will be received and reviewed by the investigation team within 3 working days
  • If the report is valid, we will conduct further investigation and take necessary action
  • Report status will be updated regularly, and reporters can monitor status through the tracking code
  • Cases will be closed after a solution is found or if the report cannot be verified
